The author, Toh Hang Hwa Joel, is still keeping his blog alive. He is too busy adjusting to his JC life and hence has very little time to update his everyday life on Blogger. He has given Blogger a note to inform readers that he would find a time to update his blog and excite you with his very fun and exciting JC life (apparently having no time for himself). He is, at this point of time rushing to finish his homework so please be patient. He hopes you understand that JC has very little time for you to update your blog.
